Braden is a founding director and is responsible for sourcing and arranging investments and overseeing the asset and commercial management functions.
With 29 years of experience in asset based finance and investments Braden has held positions in banking and fund management, focusing on the transportation and infrastructure sectors. His roles have included analysing structuring and executing a wide range of complex asset financing transactions as well as syndicating large loan facilities.
ANDY GRAHAM ACII – Director/Compliance Officer
A Chartered Member of the Institute of Insurance with 25 years experience in the UK Financial Services Market, Andy is responsible for the oversight of the investment projects from inception through to closing.
Reflecting his technical background, Andy fulfils the important regulatory roles required by the FCA, Compliance Officer (CF10) and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (CF11).
A a commercial property lawyer of 40 years experience, Stephen has been involved in numerous high value transactions on behalf of clients and on his own account.
ROUGEMONT ESTATES LIMITED
An established promoter of syndicated property investments, managed by Jan Fletcher OBE, Chairman and James Craven MRICS, Managing Director.
James is a qualified member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, who has been syndicating commercial property investments for 17 years.
